ADMISSION PROCESS

Documentation

Each application for admission received by the School must include:

• The Oakleigh Grammar Application for Enrolment Form signed by a parent or Student Support Liaison
• School report for the applicant from the most recent 2-year period
• A copy of the applicant's passport
• A recent photo of the applicant
• A copy of the applicant's AEAS Report
• Registration Fee of AU$500 (non-refundable)

Process

The admission process is as follows:

1. All students from a Non English Speaking Background (NESB) seeking a place at Oakleigh Grammar must sit the AEAS Test.  This Report must be submitted at application.
2. Student submits their application form and supporting documentation and registration fee
3. Oakleigh Grammar reviews the application and, if appropriate, offers the student a place through written agreement after a face to face or Skype interview.
4. Parents accept offer by signing the agreement and returning it to Oakleigh Grammar, then paying a semester's fees and any other fees as required.
