International Students are provided with the following pastoral support structure:

Tutor Groups

  • Tutors offer advice and assistance on all College matters and assist with the ongoing wellbeing of students.

Health Care Support

  • The College provides an onsite fully qualified Health Care Professional as well as a Psychologist available for advice and support of students in need.

In addition, Billanook College utilises a unique model of Bilingual Local Support for regular communication between the College and the parents of our international students.  This support system is fully funded by Billanook College, avoiding the need for parents to employ additional Student Guardianship Services.

At Billanook College the care for the welfare of our international students is seen as our highest priority as students are guided and supported to achieve their very best outcomes.
