How to Enrol

Here are the main steps for enrolling at Oxley:

• Download and complete the International Application for Enrolment Form if you intend to apply for a Subclass 500 Student Visa.
• Contact our Registrar ([email protected]) if you are an Australian Citizen or hold a Permanent or Temporary Residency Visa.
• Forward your completed International Application for Enrolment Form with supporting documents (including AEAS Test Results, Passport, Birth Certificate, latest transcripts) to the Registrar. The Registrar will contact you if we require further information.
• All applicants will attend an interview either in person, by Zoom or Teams.
• Places are offered subject to vacancies, parents meeting the enrolment requirements and an invitation to interview.
• If your application is successful, we will forward a Letter of Offer and request payment of the first year’s Tuition Fees and Charges. Once we receive your signed Acceptance of Offer and payment, we will issue a Confirmation of Enrolment (CoE) to enable you to apply for a Student Visa. If you are entering our Homestay Program, you will also receive a Confirmation of Appropriate Accommodation & Welfare letter (CAAW).
• We recommend you work through an Education Agent when applying for your student Visa. A list of Education Agents is available on our website.
• Our Registrar is available to support you through the enrolment process.
